My wife and I visited the Juicy Crab for the first time last night. Service was slow, but they were running with a skeleton crew, so we didn’t mind. Our server was very attentive and checked on us several times while we were waiting for our order. She also made sure we got the sauces and seasonings we wanted. The food itself was excellent, perfectly seasoned and quite fresh. And we liked the turf options on the menu as my wife doesn’t eat shellfish. Prices very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Even though Juicy Crab was pretty empty when we arrived and the staff were on their phones, the moment we walked in, they immediately put them down to greet and serve us with full attention. It really showed they cared about giving us a great experience. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, and they truly did it all! It was a 10 out of 10 visit, and I will definitely be coming back very soon.

Atmosphere was nice, food was great, service (Shya, our waitress) was super nice, 5 drinks was amaaazing! Went for Mother’s Day and our Mom was very pleased! We had a little wait for our seafood, but it was all good. I recommend this location!

Me and my bf stopped here going into Atlanta, we got the fried tilapia and juicy combo #5. everything tasted amazing! Also our server Ayana was great, she was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming here again

The food is excellent. Bessie, our server was wonderful! Made sure we had everything we needed, also I had sauce on my nose on the way out, and she let me know right away. She is a great person all in all!!! Thank you Bessie

⸻ During my visit to Juicy Crab, I witnessed some truly outstanding customer service. J went above and beyond to help a man who was ordering food as a surprise for his wife. She was incredibly sweet, pleasant, polite, and patient, taking her time to make sure he picked the perfect meal. It was so heartwarming to see how much care and attention she gave him. Moments like that show the kind of service that makes a restaurant special. Huge shoutout to J for making the experience even better!

The service was STELLAR!!! The hostess Autumn was extremely delightful, accommodating and VERY pleasant. After we were seated Stephen our server greeted us with a warm welcome and great menu suggestions. He was VERY attentive. Our food was fresh, hot & DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be back.
